1. Promoter

The promoter is Macro Music Pty Ltd (ABN 88 154 399 185) of 121 Attfield Street, South Fremantle WA 6162 (“Promoter”).

2. Competition Period

The competition opens at 7:30am AWST on Wednesday 22 July 2026 and closes at 12:00pm (Midday) AWST on Thursday 30 July 2026.

Entries received after the closing time will not be accepted.

3. Eligibility

Entry is open to permanent residents of Western Australia aged 18 years or over.

Directors, employees, contractors, volunteers, agencies, prize suppliers, sponsors and immediate family members of the Promoter or associated businesses are not eligible to enter.

By entering, entrants confirm they meet all eligibility requirements.

4. How to Enter

Eligible entrants may enter by either:

• Registering for the official Good Day Sunshine Festival Pre-Sale via the festival website; or

• Registering via the official Good Day Sunshine Festival Facebook Messenger Pre-Sale registration.

Each valid registration receives one (1) entry.

Entrants may earn one (1) additional entry for every successful referral.

A successful referral occurs when a new person registers for the official Good Day Sunshine Festival Pre-Sale using the official referral process provided by the Promoter.

There is no limit to the number of successful referral entries.

Duplicate, incomplete, fraudulent, automated, bulk or manipulated entries may be declared invalid at the sole discretion of the Promoter.

5. Prize

There is one (1) prize to be won with a total prize value of over AUD $5,000, consisting of:

• Two (2) nights’ accommodation in Margaret River (Friday 23 October and Saturday 24 October 2026)

• Friday dinner at Homeground

• Saturday brunch at Aldo’s Cafe

• Scenic Helicopters flight experience

• Twelve (12) cartons of Gage Roads beer

• Lunch at Swings & Roundabouts

• Two (2) Matso’s Deck VIP Festival Tickets

• $200 Food & Beverage Bar Tab at Good Day Sunshine Festival

• Festival Merchandise Pack

• Bus transfer following the festival to Margaret River township/accommodation precinct

• Sunday Recovery Spa Session at Mend Margaret River

• Sunday brunch at Riversmith

Prize values are approximate and based on recommended retail pricing.

6. Prize Conditions

The prize:

• is not transferable;

• is not exchangeable;

• is not redeemable for cash;

• cannot be substituted at the request of the winner.

Accommodation is valid for Friday 23 October and Saturday 24 October 2026 only unless otherwise determined by the Promoter.

Travel to and from Margaret River, fuel, parking, meals not included in the prize, incidental expenses, insurance and all other costs not specifically listed are the sole responsibility of the winner.

Should any prize component become unavailable due to circumstances beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute that component with another of equal or greater value.

Bookings are subject to supplier availability.

7. Festival Tickets

The prize includes:

• Two (2) Matso’s Deck VIP Festival Tickets; and

• One (1) $200 Festival Food & Beverage Bar Tab.

Attendance at the festival is subject to the Good Day Sunshine Festival Conditions of Entry and all venue rules.

The winner and their guest must comply with all event policies and lawful directions from event staff.

8. Alcohol

Alcohol forms part of this prize.

Alcohol will only be supplied to persons aged 18 years or over in accordance with Responsible Service of Alcohol legislation.

The Promoter reserves the right to withhold alcohol where required by law.

9. Helicopter Experience

The Scenic Helicopters experience is subject to:

• weather conditions;

• operational availability;

• passenger safety requirements;

• passenger weight restrictions;

• pilot discretion; and

• Scenic Helicopters’ own booking terms and conditions.

The Promoter accepts no responsibility for changes or cancellations made by Scenic Helicopters.

10. Winner Selection

One winner will be selected by random electronic draw at 2:00pm AWST on Thursday 30 July 2026 at the offices of Macro Music Pty Ltd.

The result is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

11. Winner Notification

The winner will be notified via email using the email address supplied during registration.

The winner must claim the prize within seven (7) days.

If the winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond or is deemed ineligible, the prize will be forfeited.

12. Unclaimed Prize Draw

If required, an unclaimed prize draw will occur at 2:00pm AWST on Thursday 6 August 2026 at the offices of Macro Music Pty Ltd.

The replacement winner will be contacted by email.

13. Publicity

By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to participate in promotional activity relating to the competition and Good Day Sunshine Festival.

The winner grants Macro Music Pty Ltd, Good Day Sunshine Festival, associated businesses, event partners, sponsors and prize suppliers a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free licence to photograph, film, record and use their name, likeness, voice, image and any recorded content for promotional, advertising, marketing, editorial and social media purposes without further payment or compensation.

14. Privacy

Personal information collected will be used for the administration of this competition, prize fulfilment and marketing communications relating to Good Day Sunshine Festival and Macro Music.

Entrants may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.

Personal information may be shared with prize suppliers where necessary to facilitate prize redemption.

15. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer rights available under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) or any other applicable legislation.

16. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible for:

• lost, delayed or incomplete entries;

• technical failures;

• internet interruptions;

• supplier cancellations;

• weather events;

• transport disruptions;

• acts of God;

• government restrictions;

• or any event beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control.

Except where liability cannot legally be excluded, the Promoter accepts no responsibility for any loss, injury, damage or expense suffered by entrants arising from participation in the competition or acceptance of the prize.

Entrants participate in all prize activities at their own risk.

17. General

The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrant eligibility.

Any attempt to manipulate, interfere with or undermine the legitimate operation of the competition may result in disqualification.

The Promoter reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions where reasonably necessary to administer the promotion or comply with applicable laws.

Any updates will be published on the official Good Day Sunshine Festival website.

18. Social Media Disclaimer

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook, Instagram or Meta.

Entrants release Facebook, Instagram and Meta from any liability associated with this promotion.

By entering, entrants acknowledge they are providing their information to Macro Music Pty Ltd and not to Facebook, Instagram or Meta.
